110-300-0331(c) The allegation is that the provider physically pushed and applied an inappropriate disciple by forcing a child’s head to one side to make the child focus on the letter S that she was working on at the table. The department finds that after interviewing referents, staff member, parents, observations, and completing a physical walk through of the home that the said allegation is valid.
